Return of the Chincogans

There's something about Thailand that seems to attract owners and crews of Grainger designed cruising cats and especially Chincogan Catamarans. Several boats appeared in local waters in the last cruising season and they are back in even bigger numbers this season.

Chincogan 40 Southern Comfort has just returned to Phuket after cruising the Similan Islands and three Chincogan 52's; Chrurakai, Catchus, and Soul were snapped lined up at Nai Yang.

It's Max again in the Surf to City

The two Grainger designed cats in the 2012 Surf to City Yacht Race took first and second places across the line. Mad Max again took line honours with a finish time just under six hours and twenty six minutes with her older sister ship following up some forty minutes later.

DeltaForm Update

The Deltaform project is moving forward with a new 38' cruising concept design. Deltaform is a research project with the aim of producing a hull form that is both efficient and more sea kindly than the forms currently in use around the world.
